At the age of two, Chris Kelly’s first introduction to training was serving as marathon coach for his Mom — a decorated runner. Since then, Chris has gone on to compete in numerous sports on a high school and collegiate level. But all the while, his true passion remained in training others—often remaining after practice to consult with coaches on tactics and game preparation. After tearing his ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament) as a Sophomore, Chris witnessed the benefits of proper fitness—working closely with a trainer to rehabilitate his knee without surgery after being told he would never run normally again. Nine months later, Chris stepped back on the soccer field a better athlete-- and with a deep passion for proper training and nutrition. After joining his college's sports medical staff, Chris worked and trained with dozens of athletes to overcome injuries. And over the last five years, he has trained hundreds of individuals in gyms, and physical rehabilitation centers all over the country.
