The advocate is a free bi monthly newsletter providing accessible easy to understand information on health, nutrition and wellness. As a health journalist, I have become frustrated by Atkins diets and 8 minute abs which have complicated a simple subject: finding a routine that works for you. The intention behind this newsletter is to act as your advocate in health by dispelling the dogma around fitness and nutrition. I make no promises or guarantees about results, I merely provide you the tools, and let you decide for yourself.
