Training Program Design

 

No matter how much experience you possess, perhaps the most difficult part of training is designing a program which incorporates training and nutrition to meet your fitness goals. Believe me I know. I have spent over 10 years working with top athletes, athletic trainers and strength and conditioning professionals creating results that work in an effective and dramatic fashion. My goal as a trainer is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to not only meet short term success, but to set and achieve goals for a lifetime.

I ensure complete support from postural analysis to communication via phone and email. When you work with me, you will receive:

- A personalized four week training program that includes flexibility, activation work, warm-up methods, corrective exercise, strength training, and recovery work.

- A long term training schedule which lays out training phases and milestones to meet long term goals.

- Two 30 minute consultation calls to discuss your goals and objectives.
