| 1. Initial Consultation: |
|
Before training, we will meet for a complimentary evaluation to discuss your goals, and assss your fitness. From this evaluation, we will develop a clear strategy for your goal - including a clear timeline, a fitness and nutritional plan, and short and long term objectives.

2. The Game Plan:
After your evaluation, we will schedule weekly training and weekly nutritional consultations. In conjunction with your goals, each session will focus on improving your fitness (balance, cardiovascular conditioning, and body tone) and mental (goal setting, and self image) fitness. |

3. The Outcome: |
|
Ultimately the key to your goal will be consistency. That is why we will set monthly goals for you to meet and understand how you are progessing. While I cannot promise results, I can promise to utilize my years of knowledge and my absolute dedication to aid you in every way possible.
